Shereen Grant is a dedicated fitness professional, personal trainer, and former pro bodybuilding athlete with a passion for helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Her years of experience span both private and non-profit fitness sectors, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the fitness landscape. She has worked extensively as a group fitness instructor for non-profit organizations such as Kids in Shape and Faculty in Shape, promoting wellness for diverse age groups and fitness levels. This experience has honed her ability to connect with and motivate a wide range of individuals.

As a certified personal trainer (ISSA), Shereen specializes in customized fitness programs, strength training, and weight loss strategies. She has cultivated strong relationships with personal clientele, working both as a mobile trainer and an in-gym personal trainer. In these roles, she has provided tailored workout plans, comprehensive nutrition plans, and consistent motivational coaching, ensuring her clients have the support they need to succeed.
 
Beyond her personal training work, Shereen also excels at conducting group fitness classes, including HIIT, strength training, and boot camp, showcasing her versatility and leadership abilities. Her expertise also includes conducting fitness assessments, body composition analyses, and goal-setting sessions, providing a holistic approach to client fitness journeys.

 

Beyond fitness, Shereen brings a strong business acumen to her practice. Holding an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Nova Southeastern University.
